Does FairBuy Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We share customers’ personal information only as described below that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

  • Transactions involving Third Parties:We make available to you services, products, or applications provided by third parties for use on or through the Site. How Secure Is Information About Me?

We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.

Are Children Allowed to Use the Site?

FairBuy does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13, we will take all reasonable measures to erase such information from our systems and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). International Transfers of Personal Information

Our office is located in Hong Kong but some third-party service providers mentioned above may receive your personal information as part of the services they provide for FairBuy, are located outside the EEA.

Please note that the laws of some countries outside the EEA may not offer the same level of data protection as the GDPR and other laws within the EEA. However, we will treat your Personal Information only as provided in this Privacy Notice. In addition, we will require all third-party service providers to treat your personal information only as provided in this Privacy Notice.

If you choose to use the Site, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and the Conditions, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the laws of Hong Kong.
